Since the beginning, my friend and I wanted to go to the Lake District of England and hike. This week was the week we got to go! In order to get there, we took two trains and a bus, but it honestly was not bad at all.
We started in Grasmere hiking to the top of a hill and then started hiking to the next village over. While we were going to Rydal, we found caves along the way. I of course went inside. The cave opened into a massive room which was pretty cool. I haven’t been in a cave as big as this since I lived in Texas, which was over ten years ago. It was so nice to get away for the day and spend time with friends outside.
