The beginner’s guide to understanding social media

Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how each channel is used and differs from the others. This session is intended for persons new to, or inexperienced with, social media.

Topics covered will include: What channels should I be using? How do I set up my accounts so they are branded properly? Tips for managing multiple accounts; basics and best practices for identifying your audience and sharing content.
