When preparing meal plans, the Creative Dining Team takes into consideration a wide variety of dietary components including careful attention to allergens to ensure that Hope College students are receiving the best nutrition possible. Food items available include gluten, nut, and dairy-free options as well as vegan choices. Food items are clearly labeled with ingredients so that students may make informed decisions. Students are also encouraged to alert the Creative Dining team of their individual dietary and allergy concerns as well as to speak to the executive chef with any concerns about their individual dietary needs. In addition, students can choose from a variety of meal plans while having access to dining dollars across campus locations.
