Sunny days are a rarity in London, especially now that the sun sets at around 5pm. So, with my morning class canceled and the sun shining bright and warm, I went to the park.
My friend Keena and I decided to go on a morning adventure to Hampstead Heath and we went on a lonely stroll. We got coffee and saw the most adorable puppies. The spontaneous, yet mundane adventures like these are my favorite.
In Hampstead, we were able to reflect on how unbelievably lucky we are. We are in London and studying things we are passionate about. We are surrounded by truly good people. Plus, we have made so many incredible memories and connections.
And we have exactly a month left.
Bittersweet. But grateful.
