¡Bienvenido! Welcome!
My name is Maggie, and I’m a junior at Hope College double majoring in Psychology and Spanish. I’m from Byron Center, Michigan, and I´ll be studying in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for the semester through IES. I am so excited to live somewhere else for a little while. I cannot wait to improve my Spanish, learn about a different culture, and meet people from all over the world!
On campus, I’m involved in Nykerk, Student Congress, a philosophy book club, psychology research, and occasional intramurals and choirs. When I’m not studying, I’m probably dancing with myself, having a jam session with my friends, finding a new hiking spot, baking banana bread, or scrolling through Netflix and trying to figure out what to watch.
I cannot wait to tell all of you about my experience.
