Dublin

As I enter my taxi at 6:50 am, I am filled with excitement flooded over by anxiety; anxiety of traveling to a whole other country by myself. Yes, I traveled to England by myself, and I am the only person here with American cultural background. Yet, sitting in the taxi, I started to doubt myself. However, as my feet hit the ground, I knew I was making the right decision. I know my independence and ability to navigate, and adapt to a new city, the city of Dublin.

I enjoyed learning about the history of Dublin. Before I go to a new place, I immerse myself in the history and culture of the country as well as the city I am visiting. Being here feels so surreal.

Places I visited were:
– Trinity College: The Book of Kells
– Dublin Castle
– Christ Church Cathedral
– National Museum of Ireland
– National Gallery of Ireland
– Howth
– Howth Cliffs Walk
– Leo Burdock (famous fish and chips with the most amazing workers)
– Temple Bar
