Apply for a DiscoverWork job shadow today! DiscoverWork connects you with alumni, friends or employer partners of Hope College who share their career experiences, lessons learned and professional tips for landing a job or internship in their industries. These short-term, unpaid opportunities to meet with or shadow professionals are different from an internship. They typically last 1–2 days, but may last longer. These opportunities take place all over the United States and are offered between December 2019 and May 2020.

Important Dates:

  • Monday, September 9, 2019: Applications Open for All Students
  • Thursday, September 12, 2019: Info Session on DiscoverWork, 11-11:50 Herrick Room
  • Thursday, October 10, 2019: Applications Due by 3:00 PM

The Boerigter Center for Calling and Career is open Monday through Thursday from 8 am until 6 pm and Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. Boerigter rooms are now open to students in the evenings.

Klesis is an organization on campus that matches students with faculty mentors and hosts programming designed to help students ask these questions.
